1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Kairo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Kairo is an independent project built for the Robinhood Chain ecosystem and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

2. What Kairo is

Kairo is a discovery, analytics and marketplace terminal for human-readable on-chain identities ("names") registered on Robinhood Chain. Kairo surfaces listings, prices, ownership and activity data sourced from on-chain and third-party sources.

Kairo does not custody funds, names, or private keys. All registrations, listings, offers and purchases are executed directly on-chain through your connected wallet and third-party smart contracts. Kairo has no ability to reverse, refund, or intervene in any on-chain transaction.

3. Eligibility and your wallet

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. You must never share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Kairo.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Access to Kairo may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where use of the Service or related tokens would be unlawful.

4. Market data and no financial advice

Prices, valuations, portfolio balances, activity feeds and any other market information displayed on Kairo are provided for informational purposes only, may be delayed, estimated, or inaccurate, and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions to buy, sell, list, or hold any name or digital asset referenced on Kairo. Digital assets are volatile and can lose some or all of their value; only interact with them at your own risk.

5. The $KAIRO token

Kairo has announced an intent to introduce a coordination token ($KAIRO) as part of its long-term roadmap. Nothing on this Service constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell $KAIRO or any other security or digital asset in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

Roadmap items, token mechanics and timelines are forward-looking, may change without notice, and are not guarantees of future features, delivery, or value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to interfere with or disrupt Kairo's infrastructure; scraping or harvesting data at a scale that degrades the Service; using Kairo to facilitate fraud, market manipulation, or illegal activity; or attempting to circumvent any access controls.

7. Third-party content and links

Kairo may display or link to third-party content, contracts, or sites (including social platforms such as X and Discord) that Kairo does not control. Kairo is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party resources.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kairo and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of funds, digital assets, or names, arising from your use of the Service or any on-chain transaction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
